Every provider I have now has a system that’s some SaaS crap. You have a bill. Can’t log in. Credentials not recognized. No bill found. Your bill is overdue…

All of them want exquisite PI and upload of driver’s license (fuck you), only to offer an unnavigable UI.

I used to see better stuff generated by Lotus Notes and FileMaker Pro.
