Depends on the nips. Not all puffy nipples are created equal.

Generally, I dont find non-"perfect" breast unnattractive. Puffy nipples, unequal sized breasts, whatever doesn't phase me.

Ugly feet are a complete turn off, though.

I just saw a really nice pair on TV lol. She got her dress dirty so she took her dress off and she was just wearing a slip underneath and you could fully see her puffy nipples through it.
