The AfD has been ascendant in each election. For a country whose #1 priority seems to be preventing another Nazi regime that's something to brag about. With the current trends they will win soon enough.

That pent up disdain for the liberals is still there, Trump threatening to annex the country forced them to hold a little bit longer. You might want to look into his views on abortion, same sex marriage, socialized healthcare, and immigration. The conservatives in Canada are almost as conservative as Obama.

Honestly this is probably why racists keep losing. The only reason why someone would be insecure enough they need to act out and convince other people they’re special for being born a specific race is if they are a loser. It’s a movement by losers for losers to take pride in being losers. Oh you’re poor? It’s the Jews fault. Blame blacks, blame Jews, blame Asians, anything except take personal responsibility. Brag about how you’re so superior nobody can defeat you while wining that you’re oppressed by people who you claim lack the intellect to be able to oppress you, then fall flat on your face and don’t learn anything. It’s so dumb and so tiring.

I think part of it is also vibes. Not all Americans are like this, but there is a white working lower class segment of American society that’s kind of crass, uncultured, kind of hokey. I don’t feel like that sort of culture is compatible with European culture. And there are degenerates in Europe, but they’re just different. I can’t see somebody from Italy vibing with somebody from Texas even if they’re right wing, it just feels wrong. Can you imagine a Texas steak house next to the Colosseum? It doesn’t seem correct.
