Brain cancer? Dehydration. I realised that I have lost my ability to feel dehydrated. It might happen when I eat lots of dry or salty food, but if I don't eat dry or salty food, I may go 5+ hours without urinating.

I guess I need to drink more water. This is probably a symptom of aging. The older you get, the more things start going wrong with your body.

check your eye for redness, especially a ring around the iris
