I was thinking, since we’re going to war and everything and we’re probably all gonna get drafted and die, I might as well adopt a worldview that says dying for the emperor is good. If I’m going to die for the emperor either way, I might as well be happy about it, so does anyone have any fanatical pro imperial Japanese philosophers I can use to delude myself that the violence in this world is actually a good thing?
