The only thing that matters is the win to loss ratio. Games of chance tend to exhibit regression towards the mean. In essence, if you have a 51% chance of losing $x, and a 49% chance of winning $x, you’ll feel good every time you win, but after you play 100 times, you’ll have lost money.
