I think the simplest explanation is best, it probably is just the creation of slightly unhinged American Libertarian. All it does is insult Americans and talk about how great Libertarianism is, it doesn't seem useful or convincing to anybody aside from extreme libertarians.

It’s good to ban it. I have seen him take over entire forums like a fungus. Sometimes he actually answers. He’s like that crazy guy who would print flyers to hand out or paper your car with them at the mall.
