- No impulse control
- Someone always bails him out
- Reliant on family money for his start and wealth
- His story always changes
- He has no sense of responsibility
- Starts drama he can’t contain then lies about it
- Throws anyone around him under the bus but demands unconditional loyalty

My theory from the getgo is that he diverges from the Republican stereotype so much because the rows of conformist serious statesmen realized they couldn't make progress with the Democrats because of all the idiocy and dumb games they just decided to pick one guy that played the same games.
If it works, wonderful. If it doesn't, you force the Democrats to identify the personality failings and name them to attack Trump, which backfires because they use the same tactics constantly.
I did this with a woman once. Couldn't avoid her (we split the lease) and trying to reason with her was a nonstarter. One day I just started playing dumb and getting offended at everything like she did, and she eventually gave up and tried talking through the issues we had. You can't play fair with someone who isn't playing fair. Democrats are the women throwing tantrums.
