This is something I dont understand and feel free to school me on this but I could’ve sworn that long ago there was this sentiment that most Americans(particularly white nationalist/tradcon) hate jews because the whole “Jews control the media” etc.

I do recall someone once told me that some still do but they’re secretly are going along with Israel because theres a particular group in the US that believe Israel is the key to salvation or something like that. I forgot the details exactly but it was their explanation of why despite hating Jews the US is still in bed with them.

The US used to be very antisemitic. There were limits on how many Jews could study at certain American universities. Henry Ford was antisemetic but the government forced his company to manufacture weapons to fight Germany and Japan.

The origin of antisemitism in the west stems from mainly two reasons: under the Roman Empire, the state religion before Christianity was polytheistic and the Jews were monotheistic so there was a clash there. That’s not the main reason though, nobody believes in Roman religion these days. The main reason is actually if you look into the history of Europe, Catholicism was generally pretty antisemetic, because Christians believe that Jesus is not just the son of God, Jesus is God in human form, and God is supposed to be ultimate good. So if you’re against Jesus, the thought was you’re against God, and if you’re against God, people thought you must be evil. So if you look into the history of say what happened in the Spanish Inquisition or during the crusades, or with the Jewish ghettos in Rome, there was a lot of persecution of Jews and torture and slaughtering them in holy wars. Hitler just capitalized on a pre-existing hated of Jews in Europe that was already hundreds of years old. Hitler himself was baptized and confirmed as a Roman Catholic although he grew to hate the church because he was so antisemitic he couldn’t stand that Jesus was Jewish.

Of course, the modern state of Israel was created after World War Two by the British. Their original plan was to create a homeland for the Jewish people in Uganda. If you look into it, the fact that the British colonized Africa and then wanted to replace Africans in Uganda with a Jewish state led people to have some kinda crazy ideas. Idi Amin for example, was a black dictator, but if you look into his views, he was basically a national socialist but a black supremacist instead of a white supremacist and he had crazy plans to invade Israel.

But of course white supremacists will say that there’s a Jewish plot to replace white countries with Africans. However, Israel actually helped South Africa develop nuclear weapons under apartheid and the western powers encouraged South Africa to sign a treaty saying they wouldn’t develop nuclear weapons after apartheid ended. But South Africa still has the enriched uranium to create a nuclear arsenal if they every decide to.

This cognitive dissonance isn’t MAGA-unique, just exacerbated. Unilever once owed Slimfast, and Weight Watchers was a brand within Heinz. Point being, modern political movements want pieces for people to identify with to increase their base. This way MAGA gets those who watch ICE raids like sporting matches, throw a tax reform at traditional conservatives, hand judicial benches to the Evangelical and Opus Dei frothers, and have academics like Victor Davis Hansen justify Trump’s randomness as a 4D chess political strategy.
Why not throw old Nazi and KKK propaganda on government X streams, while also supporting Israel and keeping those AIPAC ties.
It’s similar with the left, which downplays the Woke retards while fawning on them to ensure they won’t stay home or vote for Putin friend Jill Stein.
