You would not sign the same agreement if it were a business partnership. An uncooperative business partner who contributes little doesn’t get +50% of your assets and continued financial support. Your business partner can’t get your wages garnished.

too many people treat marriage as an afterthought to the partylike ceremony in which they pretend to be wealthy for a day
