Elon became obsessed with a conspiracy theory. USAID was soft power. It also provided early warning on emerging diseases and gave insights into how numerous countries functioned. In the scheme of federal spending it was a pittance.

Soft power is when you subvert the core sexual morality of various cultural group so that you gain, this practice provides to the United States power in the form of by influencing those groups it and now the US is stronger for it.
