We have a resident who likes to wrap up crackers and stuff them in her pockets or bra. One day I was getting her ready for bed, and while removing her pants I felt something squishy. I just assumed that it was feces, but when I checked, she had wrapped up some crab salad from dinner and shoved it in her diaper.
