Tbh with everything going on rn, I’m not really worried about what order the New York Times writes their headlines in. Everybody knows for example China calls it the CPC all the western media calls it the CCP because CPC means “Communist Party of China" and CCP means "Chinese Communist Party" people apparently people are petty about whether it’s a communist party that belongs to China or it’s a communist party that is Chinese. Because a communist party that is Chinese is supposed to be worse than a communist party of China… somehow. People just petty. This has been happening for thousands of years before we were here and it will be here thousands of years before we are gone.

@previous (E)
It’s a little bit silly there are social media "experts." Like Peter Zeihan for example. He’s some random white American dude living in the US who pretends to give his followers secret knowledge about whats happening inside China. I’ve never watched him but from comments people seem to think he’s wrong almost every time.

I mean, if he spoke Chinese, or if he was ethnically Chinese, or if he had been to China, it would make sense. But he’s just a dude in America with no connections to China at all pretending he knows more than the mainstream media, like yeah right,
