Vietnamese people are some of the best people I’ve ever met honestly. They’re friendly, they’re social, they don’t have any weird issues. If somehow you found a way to not be compatible with the Vietnamese, then you must be one of the most enormous assholes in the universe.

Like I’m black, I get why white people don’t like us, it’s because they feel guilty about slavery but they don’t wanna admit it because they’re prideful or whatever so they say and do a bunch of bullshit out of insecurity. But the Vietnamese though, how does anybody hate the Vietnamese? Hating the Vietnamese is crazy…

Strange, my experience tracks with the rest in here. The ones I've known have been a little poor, but great people and somewhat well travelled (not just to and from the homeland). Maybe OP did in fact and up with the one group of Vietnamese hicks for neighbors.
