You’re the one using racial slurs like a 13 year old trying to be edgy on the internet. France and Niger aren’t going to war. The Sahel region of Africa was originally colonized by France, and recently there have been a lot of authoritarian coups in that region where the militaries have taken over the government in anti western pro Russian populist movements. People from that part of the world just hate France in general, there’s nothing out of the ordinary about this type of rhetoric. It’s normal.

It’s like China saying they’re going to invade Taiwan back before their economics reforms. Maybe in the future, that will actually be a problem. Given their birth rates they’re projected to have about a hundred million people in Niger by the end of the century. I would think that relations between Nigeria and the states in the Sahel region would be more interesting, since a couple years ago Nigeria threatened to invade Niger since they have an ideological difference about the future of west Africa. Although, Nigeria would almost certainly win that given they have a 10x population advantage over Niger, but they weighed the pros and cons and decided it wasn’t worth it. So given that I don’t really expect much to happen.

Niger can’t invade France, France could try to invade Niger, probably wouldn’t go well, if France isn’t interested in a war, there won’t be a war, and it seems like France isn’t interested in a war because they’re denying what Niger is accusing them of. So the whole thing is probably a big nothing burger honestly.

An obvious prerequisite for Niger trying to go to war with France would be having a navy, but they’re a landlocked country. Nigeria has a navy, but they weren’t colonized by the French so they don’t have the same anti French populist thing going on.

The Council of Ministers is going to be soooo embarassed when they realize the general mobilization decree they approved doesn't have a navy! I hate to use the example of North Korea because they’re nowhere near that, but this is the equivalent of taking Kim Jong Un seriously if he said he was going to war with Japan. It’s not going to happen, and he knows that, it’s purely ideological.

In the short run there’s not much for Europe to worry about, in the long run, Africa is going to have a much higher population than Europe and Russia is interested in restoring the Soviet Union, but they don’t have enough manpower to do it, so they’ve been looking to Africa. Africa counties aren’t a threat to Europe, Russia is, and African countries are only a threat to Europe in context to their relationship with Russia.

And now you might say "but Venezuela blah blah blah." Nigeria is the most populous country in west Africa by far and they’ve threatened military action about the Russian backed governments in the Sahel region. But Donald Trump wrote about going in "guns a-blazing" to Nigeria and bombed them on Christmas instead of supporting their military. So I don’t think the United States is interested at all in changing this.

If the US adopts an anti black ideology, every country in Africa will wind up some combination of pro Russian or pro Chinese or both. Which won’t be an issue until one day we wake up and Nigeria is a larger country than the US. But idiots don’t think ahead so whatever.
