Anybody that deep into gang life just needs to be fed into a remaindering machine. I hate to think anyone with face tattoos, who wasn’t part of some tribe, would be eligible for immigration.

Okay so like… I know there are some countries that execute people for using drugs, like China does that for instance. But in my opinion, even if you believe in an eye for an eye… shouldn’t the punishment be proportional to the crime? Because we don’t want to create a society where we’re gonna have the military gunning people down for running a stop light on a Tuesday afternoon.

Then there are some weird countries like Japan and South Korea where like 80% of the population supports the death penalty, and you ask people on the street and they’ll say it’s not fair to let somebody live if they committed murder. But then whenever somebody does commit murder it always gets commuted to life in prison unless the public actually cares about it and it’s like a high profile terroristic act or something. If you google how many murders Japan has per year vs how many executions Japan has per year… I mean Japan basically doesn’t have the death penalty when you actually do the math on it.

You’re 100% correct. With a solid conviction on real evidence. Habitual criminals like this and murderers and drug traffickers, along with rapists and kid related abuses, can go.
