Apparently a guy who thinks sex is an innate facet of marriage is patriarchal and has beliefs that track to toxic masculinity. The writers seem to forget that vows of fidelity aren’t equivalent to celibacy.
There really aren’t resources for men. It’s all about female griping. There is a Good Men Project but it appears to be dominated by manginas.
