I have a neighbor who’s an Asian dude, and two neighbors who are white dudes. The white dudes are always playing their music loud high on drugs half of the time, the Asian guy never makes nose. I’m not a racist, just making observations. Why can’t white guys be quiet?

well loud people in general are just simply obnoxious folks who never got checked. be it white or black or Asian.
