Personal opinion since it's the internet and I don't have to be nice: no, trainer/tennis/basketball shoes usually don't work on people over 25. But I also have the same opinion about blue jeans so my opinion might be garbage. I'll make an exception for anyone that at least mall walks once a week or something, I guess, I dunno. There are enough casual shoes out there that still have support and don't look like a nerf football.
