He's already been escorted off the property and will be arrested for trespassing if he returns. If I see him around I'm supposed to report it immediately. Well, it sounds like the situation is being addressed, but don't hesitate in the future if you feel threatened. It helps to get an official paper trail going early in the event that things get more serious. Also, it gives you a chance to get an official version of your story recorded in such a way that your employer can't ignore or influence it. Just be cautious and take care of yourself, sluggy.

A little bit of a simplification, and it's applied a bit differently state by state.

It doesn't actually help the employer's case any when he/she/it puts shit like this in writing -- most employee handbooks anymore are specifically written so that they aren't contracts, and I doubt a court would enforce this particular part even if it was.
