I like sushi but I avoid eating tuna because of the mercury. Since tuna are higher up the food chain they have a higher mercury content than salmon.

I have nothing against raw fish, I eat raw salmon all the time, but I also try to keep my blood as clean as possible. No mercury from tuna, no lead from tap water. I’m not trying to lower my IQ with heavy metals like a plebeian.
