You wouldn't defragment an Apple Watch. It doesn't have a spinning HDD lol. It's like trying to "defrag" an SSD... all you would possibly achieve is shortening its lifespan with useless writes.

The Apple hack for top speed is to buy the new release every year 8). Then comes the question of what to do with the last 9 Apple watches one would own.
