Anyone else genuinely worried about what's happening?
The crazy isn't new, but it was always constrained, there was a limit.
I have women in my life that are creating the most bizarre lies, crashing out and screaming at the few guys that stuck around to tolerate their insanity, and completely unable to remember conversations they had 24 hours ago where they reluctantly admitted they were wrong about something big.
I hate Trump, but I don't see how we save anything unless we get military rule.

Military rule? How about the men just step up and just tell the nutjobs 'no' like they used to? We used to burn them as witches if they didn't get in line.

* Modern democrats and Ingsoc both embrace the socialist label.
* Both redefine basic words to dominate culture. For modern Dems this includes: man/woman, preference, free speech, adult, hate, liberal, and many other common terms. The refrain is "language evolves", a thought-terminating cliche to turn discussions of fact into semantic arguments. In a proper rational discussion semantics is simply defining terms before a conversation, or as they come up for clarity, not redefining words on-the-fly to avoid admitting fault.
* Both Ingsoc and Dems are known for their fierce loyalty among women, especially younger women.
* both value censorship
* both promote war between major powers. (MAGA GOP avoids war with major powers, and aims for dominance of minor powers and maintening existing hegemony)
* Both have "moments of hate" where emotion alone is supposed to dominate. (MAGA "hate" is civil discussion, or simple questions where the person asking is able to clarify terms if asked. another example of redefining basic terms).
* both tell you to ignore the evidence of your eyes and ears. Dems insist Rebecca Good didn't try to run over the ICE officer, but a frame by frame examination of the videos show the car accelerating while the ICE officer is still in front of the car. The movement of the car and the position of the ICE officer are not subjective.
