I wear them upside down once I've used them for a week, then flip them inside out and go for about 3 more days before I do my laundry.

Just buy more socks, they’re really cheap. I wear my socks for one day max. Sometimes I switch them out. Usually slower two to three times per day. Showers just feel good.
