Here in Albuquerque, we have an annual fiery foods show.
Until you've taken a drop of pure oleoresin capsicum on your tongue you don't know spicy.
Anyway, that's an extract, not a sauce. The hottest sauce I had was some shit called black widow or some shit, also at said fiery foods show. Dude gave me a toothpick coated in the stuff, and all I have to say is that I have never been so grateful for a booze stand being right next to this fucker.
For the purists, you can eat a Jolokia Ghost Pepper, which is on order of 10 times hotter than an habanero

The current hottest pepper in the world is the Trinidad Scopion Butch T. It only recently outdid the Ghost.

I actually bought a Jolokia ghost pepper plant to keep as a houseplant. Don't plan on using it for cooking, but the novelty of it is impossible to resist.
Still, crowning the world's hottest pepper is like crowning the world's best marijuana. Someone is always coming up with something more mind/tongue wrecking.
For cooking, my favorite pepper is still the good ol' jalapeno.

I prefer to cook with habaneros, but yes, I love jalepena as well.

Habaneros have a very niche use for me. I only use them with sweet stuff. If I'm making anything more savory, I like to use jalapenos (and I still fucking hate your intentional misuse of plurals!!!)
I'm amazed that you're only 2 states away from me and can't get your hands on my state treasure (AKA green chile).
Seriously, Matt, please stop with the misuse of plurals, or you'll bring out my inner Kimmo >:(

Habaneros are tops, but I once got this homemade grounded habanero my dad made in my eyes and all over my body. I must have had it on my hands still cause it got on my penis when I pee'd. It was a bad afternoon. I tried to shower it off and it ended up spreading the burn all over.

It's my inner Kimmo, and the fact that I know you only do it to piss people off.
Anyway, I suggest you pick the chiles while they're transitioning from green to red. Heat up your grill to about 400, and roast them fuckers until the skin starts to bubble. Let them cool to room temperature, peel them, and chop them. Voila! The world's greatest seasoning.

I like pluralizations. It's one schtick I can't do without.

Back when I lived with a girlfriend that I'm no longer with, we decided to have sex right after I had just cut up a bunch of jalapenos one time. We didn't get past the foreplay.

Yeah, oleoresin capsicum does not have a good effect on the female genitalia

I bought a bottle of this stuff once. You can bring just about anything you are making up to "holy fucking shit" level spicy. I would highly recommend it for anyone who likes spicy food. Also, it is good for training roommates and house guests to ask first before grabbing leftovers or random sauces out of the refrigerator.

I forgot what it was, but it was something like @237,150 (F). You guys ever hear of a store called Hot Licks? I think it's called that?

Yes! I'm pretty sure I got the sauce I was talking about at their store in Long Beach.

I might grab that to put on my pizza. My one housemate always eats my leftover pizza during the night. It's annoying cause she eats way too much. I pay $20 and she eats half. Sometimes I offer, and those times I don't mind, but there has been times when I intend to have it later and there will be one tiny piece left. She isn't even fat.

Usually you cook with it, adding it to sauces and such. You really shouldn't put the 1mil+ Scoville stuff on anything straight unless you are the kind of person who uses pepper spray like breath freshener. I had a girlfriend who wouldn't even go near the bottle after picking it up to read it and getting some residue on her hands. (and then eating something, and then touching her lips wondering what the tingling sensation was, and then rubbing her eyes when it get worse... it just wasn't a happy night after that)

Never, but I have been to Harney Sushi more than enough times. After I cashed out from the iPhone 4, I went here a good 10+ times in one month. Paid for me and my friend all times.
