Yes. Herman Cain was the only candidate to offer a tax plan. It's a catchy one too. 9-9-9 makes a good t-shirt.

The problem with Cain's 999, is that even though it would cut my PIT by a good bit, it would raise the tax on every purchase I make to such a degree that I'd still be getting gypped, even harder than what Bush did. Anyone that thinks Cain's tax plan is catchy and cool really needs to factor in the horrendous cost of living increase it would impose, and then take another look.
