Yeah, probably isn't going to fix fear in the market right now, gold prices are pretty nuts and unemployment is creeping up. Maybe building warships and screwing with Venezuela will work out for us and everything will be fine.

I’m sure young Americans today will be thrilled to go fight the commies, just like they were thrilled to go fight the commies back in the 60s. Young people have only gotten more conservative and less sympathetic to socialists since the 60s. This will be even easier!

I mean sure, there are some young right wingers, if you start telling 18 year olds they’ve gotta join the military or else to die just "because" it will be interesting to see how long that lasts.
