What do you want to happen to your body after you die? Cremation, burial with or without embalming, in the dirt or in a mausoleum, frozen like Walt Disney (not the movie)?

There’s even a new technology known as water cremation in which the human body is dissolved in lye in what resembles a human sized washing machine so that your fleshy bits can be flushed down into the sewer and then your bones can be crushed to resemble ashes.

I wonder. It will be funny when I’m cremated. So many years of working out and acquiring or attempting to acquire skills. Then you’re debilitated and dust.

The fact that grave plots are leased made that an easy one for me. If they're just gonna scoop me into a metal trash can in 50 years anyway why bother buying the fancy casket?

I’ve had numerous relatives cremated. It’s cheaper and easier.

I think I'm sold on that at this point; good call.

you cannot beat the free method of private cemetery on land you dont own.

heck, you can even do it on land of somebody you hate and if the body is ever disturbed it will become a massive problem for them.
