What do you want to happen to your body after you die? Cremation, burial with or without embalming, in the dirt or in a mausoleum, frozen like Walt Disney (not the movie)?
There’s even a new technology known as water cremation in which the human body is dissolved in lye in what resembles a human sized washing machine so that your fleshy bits can be flushed down into the sewer and then your bones can be crushed to resemble ashes.

I wonder. It will be funny when I’m cremated. So many years of working out and acquiring or attempting to acquire skills. Then you’re debilitated and dust.

@previous (D)
The fact that grave plots are leased made that an easy one for me. If they're just gonna scoop me into a metal trash can in 50 years anyway why bother buying the fancy casket?

I’ve had numerous relatives cremated. It’s cheaper and easier.
