With the many worlds theory, any possible course of action would happen in some universe. Which means that a near infinite number of universes are created every tP (Plank Time, the shortest amount of time). One universe is created where some upquark half the universe away went a little this way, and one universe is created where the same upquark went a little that way.
Most people see it as "A universe is created where I decide on noodles for dinner, and other where is decided on chicken for dinner", but really it would mean a number to large to comprehend for a number of universes that wouldn't be noticeably different from the one you were in. A universe where you could notice a difference would have an even more astronomically higher number of changes, even more astronomically harder to comprehend.
