- 2022 case found him not liable for assaulting Anthony Rapp and ordered Rapp to pay him $39,000 in court costs.
- Found not guilty in 2023 criminal trial.
- Other cases dropped. One accuser couldn’t find a cell phone where he claimed there were tests. Another accuser … invoked his 5th Amendment rights (!).
- Had to pay House of Cards producers $30M, but mostly due to untrue or withdrawn or disproven accusations that poisoned his reputation during MeToo’s latter hysteria phase.
MeToo took down some monsters. Then it turned into a racket with a Greek chorus of support for all unsubstantiated accusations.

I have a feeling no amount of self flagellation is enough for the offended. At some point the accused has to be the bigger person and ignore the noise - get back to living life.

He was defiant and defended himself. The mob hates nothing more. They want craven surrender and begging.
Funny that even the founder of MeToo has clarified she never said “believe her,” she said to believe victims and prefers due process.
Of course a bunch of white Hollyweird types made it all about themselves.
