Granted, I’m not sitting on an ISIS pit or some machete massacre.
Just too many relatives and friends’ relatives sick and dying. Too much time at funeral homes and ICUs. Nursing homes too. They may be the worse. Decaying living people are an awful thing to observe. Our species is disgusting.
I am one of the few responsible people in my extended family so I have been executor multiple times. I have hacks and “preferred vendors,” depending on whether it’s the white trash side of the family or the decent side.

I just hope to outlive most of my family, my grandma didn't even get a celebration of life ceremony or obituary. I assume she was cremated with the homeless folk. My old man made it clear I'm responsible for anything I mess with so I just stayed out of the way.

Did you just cremate her? Obituaries of women from that era usually are sparse and sad. Housewives with listings of their kids and relatives.

I can only assume. What kind of services are provided by the county for $0 input from family? I even asked for something to remember her by (tchotchkes or whatnot) but they had the place liquidated and dumpstered already, they only kept the money. It really changed my view on the family, they're normal folk by all other standards.
No obituary but it should have been an easy one: Worked until she was 80, well liked at work, sad passing of boyfriend earlier that year, great knitter, kinda rowdy, loved her pets... I could have put something together I think :(. But that is very true, women of that era didn't get respect outside of "homemaker" and that's tragic.

They took her money and let her go to a pauper’s grave? That’s cremation. Surprised the county didn’t seek payment because she had means.

Your God gets an F Grade as designer of Human Body
The average Female perineum is about 1.5 inches
Output of Feces so very very close to that which is desirable to Lick/Eat/Play with/ Enjoy. People have learned to build the toilet far removed from dinner table, yet this God who could not take the time to finish building planet Earth re Tectonic Plates. Also failed in design of Human Body with bad DNA issues and Cancer from the Get Go and Hearts that fail all to often - One Fucked up as all Fuck God.
