I had fun and games planed from this weekend till Christmas including trips to the Barbican, V&A, Harrods and lunch at a brewery. Now most of that is gonna be ruined

There's no faffing about in Russia. When someone snuffs it they're buried 3 days later. In England though it takes fucking forever. My cousin died unexpectedly a year ago and it was something like a month before they'd release his body for burial.

I look at the history of life-death on my mothers side. She was the last born of 18 children and all but one had children so I have a ton of cousins. Aunts and Uncles all lived to 99 to 103 or something.
By dads side NOT so good at all with ALL having heart issues. Would be true of me except I listed to my doc early on and with research at UCLA - I have beaten the Cholesterol issue in TOTAL. Become an expert on how to have totally clean pipes.
Couldn't convince my brother so his pipes clogged up over and over until his heart gave out.
This of course pisses Matt off like crazy.

Long list but the basics are easy enough - Low Clogging Fat diet with Fat removed from Meat and High Fiber and the Good Fibers along with the RIGHT Kind of Niacin.
And an Example for you - Sat Sun will be Pho Days - I add to my very LARGE Bowl Two Chunks of Cabbage. Pho is very filling and I add meat from freezer and additional Rice Noodles. Pho by itself would NOT be Healthy re Lack of Veggies.
I pre heat the Cabbage a bit and help separate it just a little - I want the Crunch and the fat in the broth kinda sticks to the leaves and they end up SUPER TASTY and Healthy. I also grow a Farms worth of Basil so I add MORE Including the Thai kind but still use more of the Italian style of Basil - Enough so it's also a Veggie.

I’ve been thousands out of pocket in days sorting people’s shit - then the relatives are pissy when you take your verified expenses from the piddling inheritance they did nothing to earn. “We’re going through so much, you can’t pay for it?”
Some people want elaborate funerals but leave no means to cover it. Not their underwater mortgage or termite ridden home. They get cremated through a funeral home “in the hood” I’ve used for years. The proprietor is now my friend, and his stories are insane.
People also surround themselves with useless shit. Most of it goes in the dumpster. It has zero value. You scrounge maybe 3-5% of items that do and sell them for the family or they keep it or you sell it to cover anything out of pocket.
