He postulates that down the line eventually an Egyptian princess will get it and raise it like Moses to lead all of the people to include all of the miscarriages and abortions and severed parts dumped in medical waste to a promised land.

Sounds fake. And even if it’s not fake, maybe the reason is because weirdo genes that make you make miscarriage boats aren’t something nature wants to pass on to the next generation.
Well let’s think about this. If you get an abortion, by law, they actually don’t let you keep the fetus. So it’s not that. Now hypothetically, if the unit is "per year" that means they’ve been doing this for multiple years. How many miscarriages do you think somebody would actually have in a row? One of two things is going on: either they’re not trying to have kids, or they are trying to have kids. If they’re not trying to have kids, after the first miscarriage wouldn’t you start using a condom or birth control or something? If they are trying to have kids, after the third miscarriage you don’t think they’d go, "Oh, wait, something is genetically wrong with one of the two of us maybe we should see a doctor about this and find out if we should have kids or if we should try alternative methods."
