I’m not a racist, but I want you to pick the best European culture because this has to have an objective answer. I’ve come up with a list of the fanciest European cultures and I want you to find which one is the most fancy, the most pretentious, the most historical culture of the European continent. Only EbolaBoy approved locations.

In my defense: looking at satellite view on google maps, they probably categorize it as having more than one city, but by American standards, that country is less than one city. That country is a suburb with 5 mountain peaks, I counted them.
