I dunno, I almost side with the employer on this one. Our last hire spends 5 hours talking, 2 hours on mobile games, and 1 hour working. I like the guy but yikes, the place is beneath him and he acts like it.

I was at a car lot and tne bathroom for the employees in the garage didn't have a door on it - just a toilet pointing right down the hallway. I assume it's a #1's only situation and only men could be mechanics.

I have known a couple of traders and the like where they did have the say they were going to the bathroom and what they were doing there.
