But I'm using today as practice for getting to work at 7am every day, so i have to get up at 6 at the latest to make it. Since I knew I didn't work today I just got up at 6, and smoked, showered and changed. To get my body ready to bike to work tomorrow (and since I haven't changed my rear tire yet) should i walk into town today? I think its not an awful idea,.but I don't know if this will do anything to help make sure I wake up early tomorrow. I figure since my body is going to use energy early on in the day, I'll get tired at night? I dunno, I can't think right now.
