Actually, let’s do the math. Americans don’t consider North Africans to be black even though they’re African. North Africa has about 276 million people, let’s round that up to 300 million to make it easy, Africa has 1.5 billion people, 1.5 billion - 300 million is 1.2 billion, America has a little bit less than 50 million black people, that means you have to do 100(50 million / 1.2 billion) is about 4.167% of blacks on Earth are American, which makes sense because about 4% of people on Earth are American, which means 96% of black people couldn't vote for a democrat even if they wanted to.

Well, some of them can vote though, some countries in Africa are democracies, they just can’t vote for Americans, and I haven’t heard about a billionaire pedo island in Africa yet, so we’ve gotta give them some credit.

Although, now that I think about it the world has 8 billion people and 1 billion out of 8 billion is 12.5%, so if 13% of Americans are black, that actually means the US has an average amount of black people. Which is kinda funny to think about.

There are 50 million black people in the US and 2 million people in prison, even if 100% of the inmates were black that wouldn’t be an accurate statement.

Half of 50 million is 25 million, New York State only has 20 million residents. If you turned every house and every apartment in all of New York State into a prison cell for black people, you still couldn’t put half of them in prison. Of course, you could try to do that, and it would be hilarious because you’d bankrupt yourself trying.
