Hmm… let’s think about this:

African countries are corrupt, but they’re black, so that won’t work.

Middle eastern countries are authoritarian, but they’re Muslim, so that won’t work.

China is authoritarian, but left wing, so that won’t work.

Russia is would have worked, until he got frustrated with Putin, now I don’t know about that. He might be stupid enough to go there though.

I’m gonna say, South America. Not Venezuela, but possibly Argentina. Until the Argentinians get tired of their terrible economy that the libertarian they elected only made even worse.
