If IQ is biologically determined, and wealth is determined by IQ, and black people have lower IQs than Japanese people, then that should mean that Japanese people and black people can’t ever make or lose money because their IQs can never change therefore their wealth can never change. But how come, Japan averaged 0.43% GDP growth between 1980 and 2025 but in 2025, South Sudan’s GDP grew by 24.3%?
Are black people in South Sudan just evolving 56.5 times faster than Japanese people? If wealth is determined by nothing but IQ and IQ is determined by nothing but genetics, and black people really do have such low IQs compared to Japanese people, that’s the only explanation I can think of! Black people must be evolving at a staggering rate! Pretty soon black people will grow wings and be able to fly like birds!

Wealth isn't determined by IQ. There's lots of factors which determine wealth. For me, it was my parents wealth. But another factor is if you don't want children. You can't distill dozens of factors down into one factor.
