Thats a good point. I'm looking at MMA school right now. I'm actually twig. Endomorph/hardgainer problems. But I want to train and protect myself somehow.
Their site mentions its 249/month and apart from the classes I'll also have access to their "fitness and conditioning floor stocked with weights, cardio equipment, showers and a sauna."

Tbh I think in an actual fight strength would matter, especially if you want to compete, but if you’re just starting out learning, I think how coordinated you are with your body would be more the barrier for how fast you learn vs how strong you are.

Fair enough but I legit have no intention of competing at amatuer or professional.
The coordination with my body now that's something I can probably bring up to the instructor during the free trial since maybe they can measure using certain criteria they want to see in regards to that.
Well I can always just do the intro tutorial course and see how it goes.

with the way everything's going down in the U.S. Honestly I'd say maybe learn some mma and get some firearms training. Would also help if I learn basic military tactics as well
