Topic: Can't taste anything?

Green !6PPj7P5Iag started this discussion 15 years ago #13,014

Ok. So last night I had 10 cloves of garlic to deal with a sore throat. The last one was stronger than the others, and it felt like my mouth was burning. I was in pain for over a minute. When I woke up this morning, I could barely taste anything. Everything was bland, juice tasted watered down and I couldn't taste bread. Only thing I can taste is really cold food like ice cream, or strong spices. My tongue also feels rough and sore. What should I do? Is this because of the garlic?

The pH of garlic is 7.3, numb nuts. Have fun with your dead tongue.

That's neutral. Cola is 2.5-4.0 which is very acidic.

6.5 is neutral. 7.5 is alkaline. You should have drank cola to balance it out.
