I'd save the knife I used to kill them (clear of fingerprints ofc) and put it under some asshole's bed, along with polaroid snaps of the bodies which I would have taken during the murder. Then I'd ring the police and leave an anonymous tip that I'd seen him skulking around the murder scene late that night.

Murder isn't something that you can erase evidence for. If they can't find any obvious evidence, they'll call in the detectives to investigate leads and interview people.
