i found this page about a guy who turned himself orange by eating carrots in every meal for two weeks. The Orange Man Project, lol!
he only managed an orange tint in his palms, which is where it starts, but eventually if you kept eating enough carrots every day your face and other areas will be tinted orange, as well. i didn't see how many carrots exactly, he ate each day, but if you read his logs i'm sure it says somewhere.
he seems to have been eating a couple pounds of carrots each day.
