I don't understand what was preventing her from escaping. She would have 8 hours a day while he was at work to break down the door or find a way out of a window. That or making as much noise as possible to attract attention. It just doesn't add up and sounds like a completely voluntary thing that she later decided she didn't like for some reason. Not entirely. My opinion is that the physical aspect of the sex may be nothing out of the ordinary, it's the psychological dominance that they are attracted to. Almost all of the time this is subconcious.
