Think about it this way: as much as a white man might hate a jihadist terrorists, you have to admit, at least white Christians and jihadists can both agree that Satan is the bad guy. Not so much for the Japanese, they don’t believe in Satan. So really, we are all equal as human beings, except the Japanese.

But for real, if you unironically refer to people from different countries as different "breeds" don’t breed. IQ is inheritable, we don’t need more low IQ people.
