cup of flour
tsp of baking powder
1 egg
salt and pepper 1/2 tsp of each..depending on your taste.
mix the dry up then add egg and some of the chick broth little at a time until you get a good texture..like you would a pie crust
roll it out on a floured counter or table until it is 1/8 inch thick
then slice it into thin strips and drop em one at a time in your boiling chicken broth and once they are all in bring it down to a slow boil for 30 minutes....done. Simple but effective way to get it done.
