Humans like their vices, but one could propose that it's a net negative on society for sure. I don't care if a local cork sniffer comes in and loses $5K, I do care about the poor tax and people ruining their lives though.

At first you can say well, they choose to go in there. But I've known people who get caught by these machines and the suffering they cause.
I agree with him that there should be membership cards that can enforce exclusion and probably also a maximum monthly amount by law, maybe £200 a month.
