Naw - Fact is and many here will confirm - Many users of mc are alive yet would be better off dead. Consider the topic how to commit Sewercide for under $20
Alive yet living unhappy and so many INCELS wishing they had more in life than Palms for pleasure.

Temporary relocated while Cardiff undergoes a TOTAL Rebuild - Cliffs falling made that necessary - The UPside is I am now minutes from the horses I own and dang how I love riding - Just need a Horse that is not spooked by live shells when I ride up the hill to the border of Camp Pendleton. Fantastic Views but too often the Marines are training with LIVE Ammunition. Got chickens and goats 2) About to plant Coffee for the fun of it. A local neighbor has a Coffee farm for profit.
Life is GREAT with extra $$$$ and more time with how it should be distributed when they burn me to bones n ashes.

@previous (A)In from one hell of a day that INCLUDED Surfing because of a weak Hurricane that made for some truly wonderful waves. My balance was bolstered by just AMAZING Weather.
Bar B - Q with a bunch of Swing Dance friends and pot luck arrivals with my 3 grills cranking out all kinds of meat and veggies and fish. Fresh yellowtail and Ahi Tuna which was Sushi grade so must of the Tuna was enjoyed raw. For those weak of heart they had to put it on the grill cause NO Way would I do that to such Ahi Tuna.

In from a totally AMAZING Day as Hurricane now almost gone except for waves that keep on giving. So back into daily Surfing my Ocean a Blue mode. Horses probably not so upset since neighbor is feeding them carrots and other goodies.
Got in 3 hours at the Miramar Airshow on the last day and missed out on what I went to view cause of weather caused a delay - Just had to boggie to the coast to hit the waves. Still could NOT ride the BEST re biggest waves and that's ok cause a foot or 2 less is still beyond joy. Dinner with only GF was Pho and I have found a way to extend that one order into 3 more days OF - With my own Basil farm output and a mass of Rice noodles ready to soften up and add and Beef of all forms as frozen from stews and pot roasts and even dug out of left over pozole &menudo and my invention of a more healthy way to eat Pho.
In this thread I am just Thee Thy and I. DAMN LIFE IS JUST JUST JUST AMAZING. I told Apple they can fuck themselves cause I am NOT about to be a SLAVE to their Nit Picking Ways.
Image is my Alpha which was so unreliable YET so much fun compared to BMW's and other fill ins that I cannot say are fun HOWEVER are very reliable.

Have a Gazzilion Basil Plants and my Pho is always Basil Infused to the Max. Of course I have yet to figure out how Indy does a Bone Broth in 20 minutes when it takes about 12 hours. One must soften the bones so the Marrow can Seep out to the Max.
Could be Indy's rusty roach coach might have Ions from Iron somehow well nuff said.
Bottom line IS - I pulled my contractor away from working on re-build of Cardiff by the Sea house to work on several upgrades of houses I lease out - Now with days of Surfing AGAIN - Contractor has instructions to complete the Cardiff re-build cause I may not be GREAT as in the past but days in a row have proven good enough to find Joy in my Ocean a Blue AGAIN.

One could NOT survive off of Social Security in say San Diego County.
Perhaps in Kentucky or Montana or some other out of the way place. For those who rent the $5K would be slashed in Half by just the Rent.
Back before I wised up - I bought my first 2nd house to rent out and had mass numbers of people who wanted to rent it. Ocean view but still miles away from.
Rented it out to someone on Social Security - Huge mistrake. Now I own 5 and co own a couple of others. All leased out to corporate peoples. Companies mostly Pharmaceutical research companies that import people mostly on H1B Visas from foreign places, who will only be in US for 4-5 years. And onE competitor of Qualcomm that is dumb thinking they can do what put Intel into Bankrupt mode trying to compete with Qualcomm.
I no longer have to even pay for repairs as the companies do that for me. Even at the pay these PhD's make they cannot buy a home unless their wife or GF has a top paying job. Web says a Medium old home for sale is just a hair under One Million BUCKS. That is for the less desirable areas to live in SD County.
