i already have automatic updates disabled but i can't just click install all now, i need to uncheck those language packs first everytime

Nope, "Hide update" should permanently hide them. Does this for me on my laptop & desktop at least.
To do so go to Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update, click on "# Optional Updates available". Select all the language packs you don't want, right click and select hide update.
