As always, I am happy to educate you. The term "Jew" is used in at least two senses in scripture: to refer to those who are ethnically Jews and to those who are religiously Jews. Jesus was a Jew in both senses. Christians believe He completed the Jewish religion by serving as the Messiah (Christ) whom the Jewish prophets had long foretold.
In short, the completed form of the Jewish religion is Christianity, and its adherents are Christians or “followers of the Christ". No Catholic refuses to accept Jesus as a Jew, as you claim.
Is this though FINALLY an answer to why you always term Him "Jesus the Jew"? Are you labouring under the misapprehension that it's somehow triggering for Catholics when you do this? Because I can assure you that it isn't.

The Catholic Church was actually founded by Jesus Christ. It’s the original Christian church and every other church split off from the Catholic Church.
